21st Viking Battalion started out as a side hustle back in May 2025 – just one guy (that’s me, Robin), a small workshop surrounded by nature, right in the middle of Jutland, Denmark.
I’ve been into scale modeling since I was around 7 years old, but life (and kids!) put it on pause for about 17 years. When I picked it up again, it quickly became my way to unwind and recharge after a busy workday, something calming that got the pulse down.
Since then, the hobby has grown into a passion, and now I spend my time building and painting miniatures for all sorts of games.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective as of 2025/06/02
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through 21st Viking Battalion – Miniatures and govern transactions involving both Finished Miniatures and Commissioned Miniatures. By placing an order, the Customer agree to the following terms:
1. Purchase Type
- Finished Miniatures: These are pre-made, fully painted miniatures available for immediate purchase.
- Commissioned Miniatures: These are custom-made miniatures created based on the Customer’s specifications.
2. Payment Terms
- Finished Miniatures: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
- Commissioned Miniatures: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and prior to shipping.
- Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT as applicable.
3. Product Details & Revisions
- Finished Miniatures: Each item is sold as-is. Photos reflect the actual product, though slight color variation may occur.
- Commissioned Miniatures: Work begins after all design details are agreed upon. Adjustments and revisions may incur additional charges.
Turnaround times for commissions will be estimated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Shipping & Delivery🚚
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Finished miniatures) or upon completion (Commissioned miniatures).
- Tracking is provided where possible.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Optional shipping insurance is available on request.
5. Returns & Cancellations
- Finished Miniatures: Returns are not accepted due to the fragile, custom-painted nature of the items. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 1 day after pickup, with photos to assess the situation.
- Commissioned Miniatures: Deposits are non-refundable. If the Customer cancels after work has begun, no refund will be given. If the Seller cancels the order, all payments will be refunded.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
- The Customer receives the physical miniatures upon purchase or commission completion.
- The Seller retains the right to use photographs of both finished and commissioned miniatures for portfolios, marketing, or social media, unless otherwise agreed.
- The Customer may not reproduce or resell the miniatures commercially without explicit permission from the Seller.
